Z-ART ships domestic and international. We use USPS Flat Rate delivery with confirmation packages for domestic services and USPS International First Class. USPS doesn’t offer delivery confirmation option for their International First Class delivery service.
If you would like to use Priority or Express service, please contact us for additional information about schedules, delivery times and addition service charges that may apply.
Please note that we will not replace or refund orders that didn’t have insurance.
In the event you have received a damaged item, please contact us right away.
